The start of this excellent service comes from our sales staff. Our regional sales managers do a wonderful job of understanding our customers needs so we can provide them with the best online solution for their newspaper websites.

But who takes care of the customer after the website has been sold?

Once a BLOX site is sold, it's handed off to one of our project managers. Project managers will be the customer's point of contact from the beginning to end of the site build process.

They assist the customer in several tasks. A few big ones are gathering the required information to start building the site, training the customer on how to use the site's software, and providing support once the site has launched.

The site build process typically takes 60 business days. So the customer and project manger get to know each other well during this time. This puts our customers in a unique position to offer crucial feedback as to how we can improve the site build experience.

Once a new BLOX site has launched and the ticket is closed, TownNews.com automatically sends a customer survey via email to the main point of contact. This survey asks questions about the customer's experience during the site build process. We take this important information, analyze it and develop ways to improve the site build process.
